Bach Flute Sonatas with Michala Petri, Hille Perl and Mahan Esfahani is now uploaded. The international Release is scheduled to be November the 1th.

Last week we recorded Johan Sebastian Bach: Flute Sonatas BWV 1030 – 1035 with Michala Petri, recorder
Hille Perl, viola da gamba and Mahan Esfahani on his new harpsichord.
The concert we did with the whole program in Garnisonskirken in Copenhagen was send on EBU,- and also Video recorded. In the next few month we will upload the 6 sonatas on YouTube. The release is scheduled to be Medio October this year!

Exciting new Telemann recording in New York

Michala Petri is on a 1 month Tour in USA, and during her stay in in New York she did a  recording of Telemann sonatas with american harpsichordist Anthony Newman. The CD is scheduled to be released August 2013.

December 8, Michala and Hannibal had the pleasure of playing a sold out concert in the Baroque Series held by Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center with some of the great musicians of the society, Anthony Newman, Cho-Liang Lin, Amy Lee, Richard O'Neill, Fred Sherry, Kurt Muroki and Peter Kolkay.
The program included sonatas and concertos with Michala as a soloist by Bach, Vivaldi, Tartini, Telemann and Sammartini

Michala Petri's new recording of the four flute quartets, that Mozart originally wrote for travers flute, is now avaiable for listening on the site.
The worldwide releasedate is scheduled to be July the 1th.

Mozart Flute Quartets now finished

Mozart 4 Flute Quartets, with Michala Petri, Carolin Widmann, Uli Ulijona and Marta Sudraba, which was recorded August 2007, is now edited and mastered and send of to Sonopress in Germany. The release will be late June, in connection with Michala Petri's 50 years anniversary concert, on her birthday, July the 7th.
The concert will take place in Tivoli Gardens Concert Hall in Copenhagen where she will play with Kremerata Baltica in a program that reflects her almost 40 years on stage. Baroque music, represented by Antonio Vivaldi, Classical Music, represented by W.A.Mozart, and contemporary music by Artem Vassiliev and Chen Yi.
